      "When we set up the new wine list, I wanted to focus on more regionally appropriate selections in regards to our menu, but I also tried to be sure that we didn't neglect the great wines of California," said Owner/Wine Director Ernie Paquette.

      "The marriage of food and wine is so important in the Mediterranean dining experience," says Ernie. "The Spanish wines, the Vin d'Pays (French country wines), and wines from Tuscany are exceptional values and they go so well with Debra's food. Our new wine list has a great variety of styles, including Mediterranean Reds and Whites. We do a number of public and private wine tasting dinners in our enclosed patio area. People are really excited to learn about these wines."
